| The eating disorder specialists at The Center for Balanced Living are available to provide presentations in the community. We are focused on training physicians, nurses, medical staff, medical students and others in the health care field. However, all requests are welcome and will be considered. Fees are based on the level of expertise of the presenter. If you would like to request a presentation, please complete the presentation request form below. You may follow up on your request by calling Lori Johnson, Education Coordinator, at 614.293.7755. Please note: Due to scheduling, we may be unable to fulfill requests received less than 30 days prior to presentation date. You MUST enter an email address on the form.
